We reach out to all learners to achieve the competencies, accreditation and equivalency of the basic education for all.

We engage the learners, at anywhere and anytime, to become self-directed in learning the competency requirements for basic education.

We facilitate the learners to discover their learning needs, and to study through the use of the printed and digital media learning materials recognized by the Bureau of Alternative Learning System, Department of Education.

We build the community of all learners, who for some reasons are unable to enter formal schools. We share the motivation and resources to achieve their educational goals through the alternative learning systems.
